While the guy was fixing the keyboard, I just had to complain... - Me: So... this model is not very good isn't it... this is the 3rd time the button came off (tho I was able to push it back in every other time)...

the whole company you're the only one using this model? if it is, then it's the model's problem. :P
i think it's the user la..haha..that's why i always been using an extended keyboard..so that when i get f%$#!@ing stressed up and i'm typing and smashing vigorously on the keyboards, i won't be spoiling the laptopn keypads..hahahaha...
