To Remove or Not?

Today, I went back for my Ortho review again and this time with my mom and OWLoon. I had a loose bracket so the dentist had to reattach it. Then he also added 8-ring rubber loops in an attempt to close the gaps for my bottom jaw. The springs locations were also adjusted. The recent movement made them too near my bites and each time I eat, I bite into it...

Then, since my pre-wedding photography's on Sep 15, followed closely by the reception dinners on Nov 29 and Dec 06 respectively, the dentist recommended that I remove my braces for several months. No point removing it for pre-wedding photography in Sept then 2 months later remove it again for the wedding dinners.

The good thing about this is that I will be braces free for at least 4 months before resuming my braces treatment. The last time I asked, he quoted me RM500 for removal but this time he said, he will charge me a lower fee of RM350... But the downside to this is that the gaps may not be visibly closed yet...

But since wearing braces for the photography and wedding dinners' out of the question all together, I have no choice. Will just have to pray hard that once it's removed (albeit temporarily), I'll look good!
